Born in Houston, Texas Sergio Velarde brings his southern hospitality and spirit to real estate. Sergio has lived in South Florida for 20+ years and is completely sold on the Miami lifestyle. A father of a daughter attending Carrolton's School of the Sacred Heart, Sergio is an active member of the tennis community as a player and as a parent developing his daughter advance as a tournament player.

Sergio's active lifestyle includes tennis, running, skiing & traveling with family and friends. He is consistently growing his network of clients within the residential luxury property community and beyond. Additionally, the Velarde family are longtime supporters of the Children's Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
